The import of ambulances was exempted from customs duties

Iran’s parliament exempted the import of ambulances from paying import duties and customs duties in 2023 if it is not possible to obtain them from domestic production.

ccording to this resolution, if it is not possible to supply the ambulance from the domestic production site, the pre-hospital emergency organization of the country, the Red Crescent Society, the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation, the universities of medical sciences, the health and treatment services of the country, the National Iranian Oil Company and With the permission of the Ministry of Health, Medical Education and Medical Education, Khaierin Hospital from paying entry fees and customs duties, provided that it is used in accordance with the mission of the mentioned .

The mentioned cars are only for the use of the importing organization and institution and their sale is prohibited.
